UPS, FedEx, USPS and other major shipping companies are not guarantees any shipping times. We have a free shipping option for those customers in the United State, however if you choose to pick a faster shipping option, please know that the shipping companies will not provide any refunds if they miss their own deadlines. Because they will not refund to us, we are unable to refund to you in the event a shipping deadline with missed by them. We hope you will understand.

Upholstery and Seating items are not eligible for returns.

We advise reaching out to us if you have any uncertainties regarding upholstery and seating. By doing so, we can ensure that you purchase the correct product in the appropriate size on your first attempt. Once ordered, manufacturers do not accept returns on upholstery and seating due to the inability to resell once shipped. Consequently, our policy does not permit returns on upholstery and seating. However, in exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us, and we will endeavor to coordinate with the manufacturer for a return process. It's important to note that restocking fees will apply, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the manufacturer both for the returned item and any replacement item. Your remaining balance will only be refunded upon receipt of the return by the manufacturer. Please understand that this process may take several weeks, including shipping, inspection, and issuance of the refund.

International Shipments and Tariffs

WheelchairBearings.com ships internationally, but we’re not an exporter/importer of record. We declare all shipments under HS Code 8714.20. Any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or tariffs charged by your country are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility. If your customs office requests payment before delivery, you’ll need to pay those charges directly to receive your order
