COVID Shipping
Due to both the global pandemic (COVID-19) and internal US Postal slowdowns we have decided that after so many lost packages both domestic and international we will not longer offer USPS Priority Mail nor International Mail services as options for our customers to select at checkout.
For normal package delivery we will ship at no charge to you in the USA and will use the Postal Service and other carriers.
If need a product shipped quickly and are in the USA we offer many UPS shipping options. Please except some delays due to weather and COVID. We have found that UPS (as well as USPS) has struggled in some cases to meet their delivery deadlines. Both carriers are NOT guaranteeing deliverers even for rush shipping and will not refund for a late delivery. As a result we will not be able to refund your money if they do not issue a refund. We wish it were different.
If you are international to the USA, we offer both DHL and UPS Global shipping options.
These option are more expensive but we have yet to have an issue with either carrier but cannot say the same for USPS.
