Please fill out the form below.  You name and contact information will be added to a list.  When more breaks come in, we will inform everyone on the list first that breaks are available and send them a link to buy.  Upon receiving the invoice, if you do not want your reserve pair let us know.  Anyone not claiming their reserved pair, they will automatically be release into the general inventory after 1 week. You can always contacts with any questions and concerns, we are happy to make accommodations.
