We’ve updated this tire bundle to the Primo Raptor 22x2 (ETRTO 50-501). Everything else in the bundle stays the same—same hubs/rims/spokes/handrims/bearings—just a better-matched off-road tire option.
Why this tire
The Primo Raptor is built for real outdoor use:
- Aggressive all‑terrain tread for traction on loose, rough, or uneven surfaces
- Wide 2.1" profile for a bigger contact patch, more balance, and better control
- Pneumatic (air‑filled) construction to soak up bumps and chatter for a smoother ride
- Black non‑marking compound (won’t scuff indoor floors like some off‑road tires)
- Pressure range: 40–65 PSI
- Size: 22x2 / 50-501
Spacer option: 1/2" Spacer (Yes or No?)
- Choose No if you have 1" or more of clearance between your everyday wheels and your frame/side guards.
- Choose Yes if clearance is tight, if you like grabbing the tire for control on rough terrain, or if you’re unsure. (Thumbs lose every time.)
Front caster note (don’t skip this)
Rear off-road wheels work best when your front casters can keep up. If you’re running skinny, small casters, grass/cracks/gravel can feel miserable.
